Experiment
Let's talk about soaps.. Originally, all soaps were made from animal by-products, pig lard and cow tallow, which were found to clog pores and aggravate eczema and some skin conditions. Vegetable oil soaps (glycerin) are chemically superior and are more readily absorbed by the skin. You will find our soap to have a creamy lather; after washing with glycerin soap, a thin layer remains on your skin, leaving it soft and squeaky clean. Glycerin soap is especially good for sensitive and delicate skin. It is virtually non-toxic and non-irritating, and has no known negative environmental effects.
Our soap is "true" soap (according to FDA standards) and is therefore exempt from cosmetic labeling laws. It is hypo-allergenic and undergoes NO animal testing. Skin is the largest human organ, covering 20 square feet in an adult. It is the body's first line of defense against dehydration, temperature, harmful substances and infection. When you look at our pictures, you will see a bar of 'store-bought' soap and a bar of our glycerin soap. In our experiment we put each bar into the microwave to melt, simulating the melting of soap in a warm shower. The pictures say it all. Which would you rather use on YOUR skin?
